These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GreatInflux reporting platform (the “Service”) provided by GreatInflux Pvt Ltd (“GreatInflux”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
GreatInflux lets you connect data sources such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console and view, analyse and share reports based on that data. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, and give accurate information when you sign up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us promptly at contact@greatinflux.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Connecting third-party services
- You may only connect accounts, properties and websites that you own or are authorised to access.
- When you connect a Google service you authorise us to access it as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms.
- You can disconnect any service at any time. Third-party services may change or limit their APIs, which can affect the Service.
4. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You grant us a limited licence to access, process and display it only to provide the Service to you and the people you share with. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing reports
Anyone with a report share link can view that report without signing in. You are responsible for who you send links to, and you can turn a link off at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: access data you are not authorised to access; attempt to break, probe or overload the Service; reverse-engineer it except where the law allows; use it to break any law or anyone’s rights; or resell it without our written permission.
7. Fees
Creating an account and connecting your data sources is free. If we introduce paid plans, prices will be shown before you buy and you will not be charged without agreeing.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. Figures depend on the data supplied by connected services, and we do not guarantee any business result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GreatInflux is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in advance by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
